4 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs (about 5 oz each)

  1. Heat grill or broiler to high. Put soy sauce, honey, and tomato paste in medium bowl and stir together.
  2. Add chicken and turn to coat all surfaces.
  3. Put chicken on grill or in ovenproof pan under broiler.
  4. Cook chicken until well browned, about 4 minutes on the grill or 10 minutes under the broiler. Flip and brown second side until cooked through, about 2 minutes on the grill or 4 minutes under the broiler. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (if using).
